Returns & Refunds

We print every garment to order, but if something isn't right we'll sort it out. Email info@agapewear.co.za with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Changed your mind (cooling-off)

Because you bought online, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act gives you 7 days from delivery to cancel and return the item for a refund — no reason needed.

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition.
  • You pay the cost of returning it to us.
  • We refund what you paid for the item within 30 days of getting it back.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If the garment is defective, damaged in transit, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Tell us within 6 months of delivery, as the Consumer Protection Act allows, and you can choose a repair, replacement or refund.

  • We pay the return shipping in this case.
  • Photos of the problem help us fix it faster.

What we can't take back

Custom or personalised pieces made to your own design can't be returned simply because you changed your mind — they can't be resold. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Sizing is on the product page. A garment that fits differently to what you hoped is a change of mind, not a fault, but the 7-day cooling-off right above still covers you.

How to return something

  • Email info@agapewear.co.za with your order number and what's wrong.
  • We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
  • Send it back in its original condition, packed so it survives the trip.
  • Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds go back through PayFast to the card or account you paid with. Allow a few working days for your bank to show it.
