Shipping & Delivery

We ship everywhere in South Africa. Every garment is printed to order, so your parcel leaves us once it's made and checked. Questions about a delivery? Email info@agapewear.co.za with your order number.

How long it takes

• Printing and packing: 1-3 working days after your payment clears.
• Delivery: a further 2-4 working days once the courier collects.
• Total: most orders arrive within 3-7 working days. Outlying areas and peak periods can add a day or two.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed over a weekend start on the next working day.

Delivery options and cost

• Pudo locker — R70. We send your parcel to a Pudo locker near you. You get a PIN by SMS and collect it any time, day or night.
• Door-to-door courier — R150. Delivered to your street address during business hours by our courier partner (The Courier Guy / Pudo).

You choose the option at checkout and see the exact cost before you pay. All prices include VAT.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa. We cannot deliver to a PO Box. If you live in a remote area, choose the Pudo locker option — it is the most reliable. We do not ship outside South Africa at this time.

Tracking your order

You get an email confirmation as soon as you pay. When the courier collects your parcel we email you a tracking number. Use it on the courier's website to follow your delivery.

If delivery fails

The courier makes two delivery attempts. Give us a correct address and a phone number that you answer. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we re-send it once you pay the delivery fee again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days, or it arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days. We trace it with the courier and send a replacement or refund you. See our Returns & Refunds page for your full rights.
