Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from Agapewear. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

Who we are

Agapewear, a South African apparel business printing faith-inspired clothing in-house. You can reach us at info@agapewear.co.za.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Delivery is charged on top of the item price and is shown before you pay.
• Payment is handled by PayFast. We never see or store your card details.
• Your order is only confirmed once PayFast tells us the payment succeeded.

Products

Our garments are printed to order. Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the finished garment, and print placement can vary by a few millimetres between items. This is normal for printed apparel and is not a defect.

Delivery

• Pudo locker — R70, collected from a locker near you.
• Courier — R150, delivered to your door.
• We print before we ship, so allow a few working days before dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
• We deliver within South Africa only.

Cancellations and returns

You may cancel within 7 days of delivery under the ECTA cooling-off right, and you may return faulty goods under the CPA. See our Returns & Refunds page for how that works in practice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

Liability

We are liable for the goods we sell you as required by South African law. We are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
